Here's the honest secret: making a worksheet with AI is mostly just asking well. Once you know the few things to include in your request, you can produce a worksheet for any topic, at any level, with an answer key — in under a minute.

Six things to put in your request指令裡要放的六樣東西

Include these and the AI rarely gets it wrong:把這幾項放進去,AI 很少會做錯:

Topic — "present simple", "animal vocabulary", "telling time"主題——「現在簡單式」「動物單字」「看時鐘」
Level — grade, age, or CEFR (A1 / A2 / B1)程度——年級、年齡,或 CEFR(A1 / A2 / B1)
Skill / format — fill-in-the-blank, matching, short answer技能 / 題型——填空、配對、簡答
Length — "8 questions", "one A4 page"長度——「8 題」「一張 A4」
Answer key — "include the answers at the end"答案——「最後附上答案」

The level is the part most teachers under-specify. Pick whichever fits how you think:程度是多數老師講得最不夠清楚的地方。挑一個你習慣的方式講就好:

By grade or age — "for grade 2", "for 8-year-olds"用年級或年齡——「給二年級」「給 8 歲」
By CEFR — "A1 beginner", "A2", "B1"用 CEFR——「A1 初學」「A2」「B1」
By constraint — "only words from this list", "sentences under 6 words"用限制條件——「只用這份清單的字」「句子不超過 6 個字」
By comparison — "make it easier than this", "make it harder"用比較——「比這個再簡單一點」「再難一點」

One topic, three levels一個主題,三種程度

Paste into Gemini (or any AI). Change the words in bold:貼進 Gemini(或任何 AI),改掉粗體的字:

Make three worksheets on the present simple
tense, same topic, three levels:

1. A1 beginner — 8 fill-in-the-blank questions
2. A2 — 8 questions, mix of blanks and short answers
3. B1 — 8 questions, write full sentences

For each: add a title, a Name and Date line,
one line of simple instructions, and an answer
key at the end. Keep each to one A4 page.

Printable, or a webpage可列印,或做成網頁

To print: copy the text into Google Docs or Word, tidy it, and print要列印:把文字複製到 Google Docs 或 Word,整理一下再印
